Jennie was the sweetest, kindest, most loving person I ever knew. Jennie loved all people and animals. She could look into their eyes and know what they were thinking. She had an uncanny ability to remember people's names. She could meet someone only once, and then not see that person for a year, and a year later meet that same person again, and she would instantly recognize them and know their name.
Jennie wasn't bright but still had high self-esteem—a contradiction in my book. Jennie was the proof I didn't have to base my self-esteem on being smart. Jennie liked me for no reason whatsoever. She just did. She was the first person ever to do that. I didn't have to be the smart guy. I didn't have to play the game. She liked me and I liked her. She was my first girlfriend and I was her first boyfriend. So I didn't have to perform, I didn't have to be good at anything, I didn't have to get an A. Jennie showed me the way out of the trap that went with my Life Script and NT personality.
Jennie was the best.
In retrospect Jennie probably liked me because I'm a nice person. But that's not something I have to work at. I have to work endlessly hard to be well educated and competent. Being nice just comes naturally.
Jennie passed away at age 27.
I wonder what ever happened to her daughter. I'd love to meet her someday.
